GKRA organise a number of events throughout the year, ranging from themed food and wine evenings, a quiz, carols, family walk, Easter egg hunt (biennial).

Cockpit Road field

Gates open 6pm

Fireworks and bonfire

Enjoy a fireworks display and bonfire that you can walk to. BBQ and refreshments available as part of a traditional celebration.

 

Sunday 11th November

Village Hall

10.45am

Service of remembrance

A special service of remembrance will be held to commemorate 100 years since the end of the First World War.

 

Sunday 9th December

5.30 outside SPAR then 6pm in the Village Hall

Carols in the Village

Meet outside SPAR, continuing with more carols in the Village Hall, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.

GKRA have been asked by the local farming community to ask owners to think before releasing dogs off the lead on farmland. More info
